Parent Education Group

This weekly group concentrates on empowering parents while enhancing parenting skills. This includes understanding child development, learning age-appropriate child development skills, safe sleep practices, and promoting positive play and interaction between parents and children while developing and practicing positive discipline techniques. The group also focuses on providing a safe environment and the necessary steps towards home stability. Maximum enrollment of 9 parents.

Parent education groups will meet weekly for 10 weeks. The cost of the group is $200 that

can be paid weekly, or in one payment at the start of the group.

Seeking Safety Group

(offered separately for adults and adolescents)
Seeking Safety is a 12-week therapeutic group designed to help individuals who have experienced
trauma and are struggling with addiction, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), or other mental
health issues. It is present-focused and evidence-based and aims to help people develop coping
skills to manage their symptoms and improve their overall quality of life. Seeking Safety focuses on
teaching individuals a variety of practical skills that they can use in their daily lives. These skills may
include grounding techniques, communication skills, relaxation strategies, and ways to manage
negative thoughts and emotions. Seeking Safety also emphasizes the importance of building a
support network and developing healthy relationships. The goal of Seeking Safety is to help
individuals build a sense of safety and stability in their lives so that they can begin to address the
underlying issues that may be contributing to their symptoms

can be paid weekly, or in one payment at the start of the group.
